This 50 m² flat, renovated in May 2026, is situated in the second row from the sea. It is located in a small and very quiet complex comprising just 16 flats.

The flat is equipped with every comfort and offers a fantastic view of both the sea and the mountains in the hinterland. The flat has one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It is suitable for two to a maximum of three people. There is a newly fitted bathroom with a walk-in shower. The flat is equipped with a radio and a television, with the TV offering a channel package including both Dutch and German channels. The flat also has its own high-speed internet connection. There is a washing machine in the flat. In the newly fitted kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for self-catering, including a good oven. The flat is equipped with air conditioning in the living room.

Facilities at the site

The complex has a very peaceful swimming pool. The pool is available to guests staying at the complex and is unheated. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols available free of charge by the pool. There are various shopping centres in the immediate vicinity. The complex is literally just a stone’s throw away from one of the island’s most beautiful beaches. There are two supermarkets about 100 metres away where you can do your shopping. It is also within walking distance of the major nightlife districts such as Cita, La Sandia and Yumbo. You can enjoy the soft sandy beaches, which slope gently into the shallow sea, all year round. If sunbathing isn’t really your thing, there are plenty of opportunities for various water sports. The gentle breeze that blows along the coast is perfect for sailing, windsurfing and parasailing. You can hire the necessary equipment on the beaches and take lessons if you wish. The sea water is warm and teeming with all manner of subtropical fish. Deep-sea fishing and diving are therefore almost a must. You can even dive to shipwrecks. Gran Canaria offers plenty of options for your holiday. There is a huge selection of golf courses, and the beautiful mountain landscape is ideal for road trips, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, climbing and other outdoor activities.
